• Design and specification confirmation before sample making
• Mass production procedure confirmation

Familiar to production process, confirm design and quality, also adequacy and acceptability by ourselves. Never push the responsibility to factory only.

• Support factories’ improvement activity
• Support to analyze defective root cause
• Perform QC process review to prevent defective occurrence

after received order, through our business process, i.e. specification indication to factory, specification confirmation, place order to factory and delivery to customer, every department takes responsibility to provide our best service :

• Sales Engineer…… Manage specification, communication with customers
• Sales Assistant…… Order management, delivery management
• Product management (Warehouse)…… Stock management, Final QC before shipment
